Resumen
This paper provides a detailed description of the Chilean VUCE (Spanish abbreviation of International trade single window) through the efforts of the state toestablish the final implementation of the ITSW in Chile with the operational process model requirement, givingcoherence to the International trade facilitation. The research displays the management process of the SW including the roles of all the international and national stakeholders involved in foreign trade, where the Single Window facilitates the process making it more efficient
