Resumen
Polonia es un mercado relativamente nuevo y atractivo para la industria vitivinícola chilena, un país con múltiples cambios culturales con base en su anticipado desarrollo económico y con tendencias a un aumento del consumo de vinos por su población, que además Chile tiene como socio comercial por pertenecer a la Unión Europea. La práctica profesional descrita en el primer capítulo corresponde a un período de trabajo en el Servicio Regional de Aduanas de Valparaíso en el que se pudo apreciar una mayor interacción de documentos aduaneros de Chile con la Unión Europea y China, los productos con más movimiento de exportación y destacados corresponden a los vinos chilenos, es así como nace la inquietud por un país perteneciente a la comunidad europea (Polonia) que además sea una oportunidad de negocio para una industria tan relevante como es la vitivinícola en Chile. Es importante dar a conocer conceptos y teorías que se utilizarán para el análisis y desarrollo de los temas de investigación, esto descrito en el capítulo dos como marco teórico. Este capítulo es una guía teórica y científica para desarrollar y fundamentar la investigación descriptiva, documental y explicativa que se realiza en este informe de práctica.
Luego de la base científica que aporta el marco teórico viene una contextualización del tema, este tercer capítulo es acerca del vino, acerca de la industria vitivinícola mundial y nacional, de la historia nueva y antigua del vino, de dar a conocer el origen de la relación Vinos - Chile en el mundo, del reconocimiento y la influencia en la cultura nacional de los vinos, viñas, vendimias, valles y rutas del vino. Principalmente dar a conocer el rubro, en el mundo y en un contexto nacional. Finalmente se aborda el desarrollo de la investigación, el capítulo culmine de la problemática planteada como objetivo del informe, este es el análisis de Polonia como nuevo y prometedor socio europeo de la industria vitivinícola chilena, donde se puede encontrar un análisis del país tanto demográfico, económico, político, incluso cultural, pero donde principalmente se abordan oportunidades y proyecciones del vino chileno en Polonia y la relación que existe entre ambos países.
Poland is a relatively new and attractive market for Chilean wine industry, a country with many cultural changes based on their anticipated economic development and trends to increased wine consumption by its population, which also Chile has as a trading partner for belonging the European Union. The internship described in the first chapter corresponds to a period of work in the Regional Customs Service in Valparaiso where you could see greater interaction of customs documents of Chile with the European Union and China, the busiest and featured export products correspond to Chilean wines, is born as well as the concern for a country belonging to the European community (Poland) that is also a business opportunity for such an important industry as is the wine in Chile. It is important to present concepts and theories used for the analysis and development of research topics described in chapter two as a theoretical framework. This chapter is a theoretical and scientific base to develop and descriptive, documentary and explanatory research conducted in this internship report. After the scientific basis which provides the theoretical framework comes a contextualization of the subject, this third chapter is about wine, about the global and national wine industry, new and old history of wine, to make known the origin of the relationship wines - Chile in the world, recognition and influence in the national culture of wine, vineyards, grape harvest, valleys and wine tours. Mainly to publicize the industry, in the world and in a national context. Finally, the development of research is addressed, the chapter culminates with the problems posed objective of the report, this is the analysis of Poland as a promising new European partner of the Chilean wine industry, where you can find an analysis of the country also demographic, economic, political, even cultural but mainly where opportunities and projections of Chilean wine in Poland and the relationship between the two countries are addressed.
